Phil Mattaro
Phil has been involved in the development of property for over 20 years. For the past several years the complete renovation of properties for resale to qualified buyers has been a top priority to help erase the vacant homes in the City of Rochester. Phil's career has included design and sales of major projects for a local home improvement company, sales training with Dale Carnegie and writing specifications for residential and commercial HUD projects. Phil and his wife, Roseellen, reside in Honeoye Falls and have two children who both work in the entertainment field. Phil is a military veteran and has served on the Mendon Zoning board and has been very active in Real Estate sales.
